Sir Bradley Wiggins wins the Tour of Britain in 2013. To celebrate this win Anton and Penny created a new cycle 'thread' along the most popular C2C ride in the world, and named it Wiggo's Way. This was with the hope of encouraging people to enjoy the best of the Eden Valley on their bikes while completing a fantastic tour.

To commemorate Sir Bradley Wiggins' Tour de France victory and subsequent visit with Mark Cavendish and Team Sky. The Strickland Arms created a cycling route called Yellow Jersey TDF 2012 Loop around Penrith, Ullswater & Lowther.
Cycle on some of the same route that Team Sky took from Carlisle via Penrith, Shap Fell down to Blackpool when they toured Britain after their 2012 victory.
